IMPORTANT NOTICE: Mixwell Pharmacy does not sell, dispense, or ship prescription medications or controlled substances through this website. Any mention of "pharmacy" in our business name refers to our physical compounding operations; our online storefront is for non-prescription wellness products only.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders placed via mixwellpharmacy.com are subject to product availability and credit card authorization.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order departs our facility in Chino, CA.
4. Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship exclusively within the United States via reliable third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
International Shipping: Not available at this time.
5. Transfer of Risk and Liability
Risk of Loss: Title to the products and the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the common carrier. Mixwell Pharmacy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixwell Pharmacy’s total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Force Majeure: Mixwell Pharmacy shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier strikes, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Mixwell Pharmacy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Any additional shipping charges incurred for address corrections or undeliverable packages will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all packaging and provide photographic evidence to facilitate a claim.

Any legal action or dispute arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California. By purchasing from this site, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
