What is EstroDIM?
EstroDIM® from Ortho Molecular Products is a dietary supplement that combines indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and diindolylmethane (DIM), compounds related to those found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, with vitamin E. It is formulated to support healthy estrogen metabolism. Mixwell Compounding Pharmacy ships it to all 50 states.

What are I3C and DIM?
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) forms when cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts are chopped or chewed. In the stomach, some I3C turns into diindolylmethane (DIM). EstroDIM supplies both in one capsule.
How is EstroDIM different from CDG EstroDIM?
Both supply I3C and DIM. CDG EstroDIM also adds calcium D-glucarate. Our pharmacist can help you compare the two labels.
