Important
Glucomannan thickens the drink within about 20 minutes, so drink it soon after mixing. Take with enough liquid, because fiber taken without enough fluid may swell and cause choking. Do not use if you have ever had trouble swallowing or a narrowing of the esophagus. If you are pregnant or nursing, ask your physician before use.
