Suggested use

How it works
Amarasate® is a bitter extract from New Zealand hops. The capsule is designed to open in the small intestine, where bitter taste receptors sit on gut cells. In a 2022 clinical trial, a hop extract in delayed release capsules was linked with higher levels of fullness hormones such as GLP-1, CCK, and PYY after a meal.
