Suggested use
This Starter Pack follows a seven day onboarding schedule, then continues on the Calocurb Clinical Maintenance Pack. Always take on an empty stomach with at least 8 ounces of water.
Days 1 to 2: one 125 mg capsule, once daily, one hour before a meal.
Days 3 to 4: one 125 mg capsule, twice daily, one hour before a meal.
Day 5: two 125 mg capsules, twice daily, one hour before a meal.
Days 6 to 7 and beyond: one 250 mg capsule, twice daily, one hour before a meal.
Other ingredients
Canola oil, rosemary leaf extract, and a vegetarian capsule made of hypromellose.

The Starter Pack carries you through a seven day onboarding schedule at a lower starting dose. Once you reach the full 250 mg twice daily dose, you continue with the Calocurb Clinical Maintenance Pack.
Can I take this alongside a prescription weight loss medication?
Possibly, but only under your prescriber's guidance. If you take a prescription weight loss medication, talk with your doctor and a Mixwell pharmacist before adding this or any supplement to your routine.
