Bi-Est is a combination of two endogenous estrogens—estradiol (E2) and estriol (E3)—typically provided in a 80/20 ratio to mimic physiological hormone balance.

  1. Estradiol (E2): The most potent endogenous estrogen. It binds with high affinity to estrogen receptors (ERα and ERβ)
  2. Estriol (E3): A weaker estrogen that binds preferentially to ERβ.
